NiteLites installs custom outdoor lighting, but there was no clear, standardized way to communicate what fixtures were being used or where they would be placed on a home. I designed a visual system that translated each lighting fixture into a clear, comprehensible key. Using that key, I then created scaled house plans and mapped each fixture icon directly onto the drawings. The result was a clear, repeatable planning system that made complex lighting layouts easy to understand for both installers and homeowners—improving communication, accuracy, and confidence before installation.
